Sierra hits $100M ARR milestone in 7 quarters | Sierra

Sierra just hit $100M in ARR — seven quarters after we launched in February 2024. That’s a heck of a lot quicker than we expected, and makes Sierra one of the fastest-growing enterprise software companies in history.

Credit goes to our amazing team, who’ve worked their tails off to build the business, and to our growing band of customers — the real pioneers of applied AI.

There’s an agent for that, and it runs on Sierra

It was a fair bet that Internet-era companies would be quick to experiment with AI agents, and we’re thrilled to work with Deliveroo, Discord, Ramp, Rivian, SoFi, Sonos, Tubi, Wayfair, and more. But two years ago, neither of us imagined that storied businesses like Next (founded in 1864), ADT ( 1874), Bissell ( 1876), Safelite ( 1947), Vans ( 1966), Cigna (formed in 1982 with the merger of CG, 1865, and INA, 1792!), SiriusXM ( 1990), and DIRECTV ( 1994) would adopt AI quite so fast, and with such great effect.

Agents built on Sierra can now do everything from authenticating a patient, returning a pair of shoes, ordering a new credit card, finding a W-9, or helping fix a broken windshield to originating a mortgage — with homebuyers who use Rocket Mortgage’s Digital Assistant converting 4x faster. In the U.S., our customers serve:

The Sierra difference

Sierra is the leader in our category, and we’ll extend that lead by focusing on the long term — helping companies build deeper relationships with their customers, versus short-term cost cutting and automation.

Answering questions is easy, but building lasting relationships with customers is much, much harder. Sierra exists to help the great companies of the world show up at their best, day in, day out.

Because when people feel understood and appreciated, they spend more, stay longer, and tell their friends. That’s how you build a valuable brand, and an even more valuable business.

We’re just getting started

If you’re excited about our speed and direction of travel, come and join us — we’re hiring. As one Sierra team member put it: "This is the hardest I've ever worked, and the most fun I've ever had."
